A: Drop 001 is currently strictly optimized for USA domestic delivery and tracking. However, international accounts are highly encouraged to check out, purchase, and lock in their position in the brand universe early before our limited-run quantities are fully exhausted.
Q: I am outside the United States. What happens when I complete checkout?
A: Your payment securely clears your master profile and locks in your specific size allocation and physical hardware unit inside our secure California vault facility. You will see your transit method explicitly printed as "International Position & Vault Hold (No Shipping) — Free".
Q: When will my vaulted inventory be delivered?
A: Our international freight lanes and customs clearance routes for the Crew are scheduled to finalize later this season. We will hold your physical inventory completely safe, unbothered, and insured in the vault at zero extra charge to you until your specific country's manifest lane opens. The second your regional transit line activates, you will automatically receive an email to verify your delivery address and release your tracking code.
Q: Can I cancel my vault position?
A: Because Drop 001 is strictly limited to low-production runs (including only 1,000 physical pieces globally for the Iceberg Two-Tone Trucker), all vaulted position allocations are final. Your purchase directly pulls a unit out of the global market, preventing other buyers from claiming it.
